What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks.
Personally Identifiable Information
By donating to a campaign on the Site, you consent to give us your email address, your full name, and additional information, as requested by fundraisers, such as your mailing address.
Besides the nonprofit/charitable organization running the fundraiser, your Personal Information will never be shared with third parties, including but not limited to other businesses, organizations, partners, or individuals that are not part of the Dynamic Fundraiser team.
By donating to a campaign on the Site, you also consent to provide Stripe, a third party company, with your payment information. We do not collect any payment information from donors or visitors to the Site. You can find more information about their industry leading security here.
We will not collect any Personal Information from your visit to our sites unless you voluntarily provide us with your personal information. Providing us with Personal Information authorizes us to use that information in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We use contact forms to collect the best available information for contacting you to discuss your inquiry or fundraising needs. Your personal information is not shared or used for any other purposes.
We will make every reasonable effort to protect the Personal Information of all visitors that is provided to the Site by the visitors, however, all visitors assume the risk of any information disclosed to the Site online.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
